Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my work and choosing to bring one of my creations into your space. I want the experience of receiving your artwork to be just as special as the process of creating it. That’s why I’m sharing with you how I handle each shipment.

• How long will it take me to prepare your order?

I put my heart and soul into the details. I don’t have an automated warehouse; I prepare each piece by hand directly from my studio.

Fine Art Prints: It takes me between 2 and 4 business days to prepare them, as they are printed on demand and require preparation time and quality control.

Original works: It usually takes me between 3 to 5 business days to inspect the piece, sign it, include your certificate of authenticity, and pack it securely.

• How do I protect your new artwork?

I treat every package with the utmost care. I know exactly how delicate artwork is, so I make sure it travels in top-notch protection.

Artworks on paper and prints: I wrap them in acid-free tissue paper (to protect the pigments) and ship them in a rigid cardboard tube or an ultra-sturdy flat envelope.

Canvases, panels or framed artworks: I protect them with foam corner protectors, several layers of bubble wrap, and custom-sized double-wall cardboard boxes.

• Where do I ship to, and how long does it take?

I work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your package is in the best hands. Estimated delivery times once the package leaves my studio are:

Domestic Shipments: (Spain and the Balearic Islands): It takes between 48 to 72 hours on business days.

International Shipments: (Europe, America, Asia...): It takes between 1 or 2 weeks, but this will vary depending on other factors, such as customs, shipping carrier's timings, etc.

(Note on customs: If you’re purchasing from outside Spain, please note that any customs fees or local taxes are your responsibility and are beyond my control—thank you for your understanding!)

Also, remember that during busy shopping seasons, such as Christmas, deliveries may take longer than expected.

• What are the shipping costs?

I offer free shipping in Spain and the Balearic Islands.

International shipping rate: Calculated automatically when you enter your address in the shopping cart based on the weight and destination of the artwork.

• How can you track your package?

As soon as I drop off your order at the shipping carrier, I’ll send you an automated email with your tracking number. You’ll be able to track your artwork’s route at any time to know exactly which day it will arrive at your doorstep.

• What if there's a problem along the way?

Don't worry—I won't leave you on your own. Although I take every precaution to protect the packages, shipping accidents can happen.

If the package arrives damaged: Please take a couple of photos of the packaging and the artwork, and email me at albertopitaluart@gmail.com within the first 48 hours after receiving it. I’ll personally handle the issue by arranging a free reshipment or processing a full refund. Your peace of mind is my priority!
